Our team will arrive for the first clean when the fit-offs have been completed. A team member may be requested to arrive before the practical completion inspection for a PCI clean.

Fit-Off Clean

Following the conclusion of the inspection, we will return for a final handover clean. Our favourite clean is the handover clean. This satisfying clean leaves the property picture-perfect and ready for that all-important Instagram post when the keys are handed over to the owner.
